Salvia officinalis (sage) has a direct anti-diaphoretic action and is particularly useful for night sweats.
For adrenal support, Withania somnifera and Eleutherococcus senticosus build the hormonal resilience that the transition demands. For the liver's role in processing fluctuating hormones — and reducing the oestrogen dominance picture — Taraxacum officinale and Silybum marianum are frequently central to the formula.
